1. Company Details

You must be at least 16 years old to use ASDRY.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

ASDRY offers Free, Pro, and Business plans.
We provide environmental preparation guidance based on available weather, environmental, geolocation, mapping, and related third-party data sources.
All guidance is informational only and does not constitute professional advice.
ASDRY does not create weather forecasts itself. Forecast and environmental data may come from third-party providers, fallback providers, or related data services, and those providers may change over time.

You remain solely responsible for your decisions and actions.
You must follow official warnings, employer requirements, event rules, and all applicable local regulations.
You should take account of local conditions, official weather warnings, route or site conditions, and any information that may not be reflected in ASDRY reports.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and credentials.
Accounts may be suspended or terminated in cases of misuse, abuse, or unlawful activity.

Pro and Business subscriptions are processed via Stripe when available.
Subscription terms, billing, and cancellation details will be presented to you before purchase.

All ASDRY branding, reports, content, and software are the property of ASDRY LTD unless otherwise stated.

The ASDRY service may be modified, updated, or temporarily unavailable at any time.

ASDRY provides guidance on an "as available" basis.
No guarantee is made regarding the accuracy, completeness, availability, timeliness, or suitability of information provided, including third-party weather, environmental, geolocation, mapping, or fallback data sources.
Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by UK law.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of ASDRY after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
