2. What cookies are
Cookies are small files placed on your device by websites or applications. Similar technologies may include local storage, session storage, pixels, tags, or analytics scripts. These technologies help services work, remember settings, secure accounts, and understand how the service is used.
3. How ASDRY uses cookies
ASDRY may use cookies and similar technologies for:
- Essential account, login, and session functionality.
- Security, authentication, and service reliability.
- Remembering account or app preferences.
- Understanding how users move through the service.
- Improving report quality, product design, and user experience.
- Supporting payments when Pro and Business subscriptions are introduced.
4. Essential cookies and storage
Essential cookies and similar storage are needed for ASDRY to work properly. They may support login sessions, authentication, account access, security, and core application features.
Some parts of ASDRY may not work correctly if essential cookies or similar technologies are blocked by your browser.
5. Analytics cookies
ASDRY uses Google Analytics to understand how the service is used. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies to collect usage information, such as pages visited, device or browser information, approximate usage patterns, and interaction events.
We use analytics to improve ASDRY, identify problems, understand which features are useful, and make the service easier to use. We do not use Google, Facebook, or Apple social login.
6. Weather and location data providers
ASDRY uses third-party weather, environmental, geolocation, mapping, and related data providers to generate reports and preparation guidance. These providers may include fallback weather providers and may change over time as the service develops.
These data providers are used to support ASDRY reports. They do not normally place cookies directly through the ASDRY app unless a future integration changes how the service is delivered. If this changes, this policy will be updated.
7. Payment cookies
ASDRY may offer Free, Pro, and Business plans. When paid subscriptions are introduced, payments will be handled by Stripe. Stripe may use cookies or similar technologies for checkout, fraud prevention, payment processing, and security.
ASDRY does not intend to store full payment card details directly in its own database.
8. Advertising cookies
ASDRY does not currently use advertising cookies, advertising pixels, Facebook Pixel, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, or similar advertising or session-recording tools. If this changes, this policy will be updated.
9. Managing cookies
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to block, delete, or restrict cookies. If you block essential cookies or storage, parts of ASDRY may not function correctly, including login and account features.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookies Policy as ASDRY develops, including when new plans, payment features, analytics features, or third-party services are introduced. The latest version will be published on this page.
